Cancellation & Appointment Policy
Respecting Your Time and Ours
At Nalu Healthcare, we are committed to providing timely, personalised care for all patients.
To ensure appointment availability and fairness for everyone, we ask that patients provide adequate notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible.
This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another patient.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting the clinic directly.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
This fee reflects the time that has been reserved specifically for your care and the limited opportunity to offer the appointment to another patient at short notice.
Missed Appointments
If you do not attend your appointment and have not notified the clinic, a non-attendance fee may apply.
Repeated missed appointments may impact future booking availability.
Late Arrivals
We understand that unexpected delays can occur.
If you are running late, please contact the clinic as soon as possible.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
-
Continue with a shortened appointment
-
Reschedule your appointment
-
Arrange an alternative appointment time
This helps minimise delays for other patients.
Telehealth Appointments
Please ensure you are available at the scheduled appointment time and have access to the required technology.
If technical difficulties occur, we will make reasonable efforts to reconnect or contact you by telephone.
Refunds
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once a consultation has been completed.
Any concerns regarding billing or fees should be discussed directly with the clinic.
Our Commitment
If you have questions regarding the collection, use or storage of your information, please contact Nalu Healthcare.
We are committed to transparency and ensuring you feel comfortable and informed about your healthcare information.
