Meet Kelly
Hello and welcome.
I’m Kelly Oldham, a Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years of healthcare experience and a passion for helping people improve their health, confidence and quality of life.
Throughout my career, I have worked across a variety of healthcare settings, supporting patients through some of life’s most challenging and transformative moments. My experience in palliative care taught me the importance of truly listening, providing compassionate support, and caring for the whole person—not just their symptoms.
Today, I work within women’s health and weight management, helping patients navigate the complex relationship between hormones, metabolism, lifestyle and long-term wellbeing.

Instead, we work together to develop a personalised plan that supports your goals, lifestyle and long-term health.
My role is not only to provide clinical guidance, but also to help you build confidence, understanding and sustainable habits that support lifelong wellbeing. Where appropriate, this may include nutrition, physical activity, behavioural strategies, menopause management and evidence-based obesity treatments as part of a comprehensive care plan.
